Big Back Yard Show photos

The Big Back Yard Show was the final performance at Barton Hills Elementary for the 2009-2010 school year. Held outside on the school playground in the early evening, the event drew hundreds of appreciative family members, friends, and neighbors and featured free drinks and cookies for all.

Maria’s Taco Express performance video

The Barton Hills Choir performed their final event for the 2009-2010 school year at Maria’s Taco Express on a hot Saturday afternoon on June 5. Fifth and sixth grade Choir members were joined by special guest 4th graders and an appreciative crowd grateful for cool drinks and the shade provided by the umbrellas and overhead deck.

Barton Hills July 4 Parade
The Barton Hills Choir will be performing July 4 at the annual Independence Day Parade sponsored by the Barton Hills Neighborhood Association. The parade starts at 9 AM at the Barton Hills Market and ends at the Barton Hills Elementary playground.

The set list includes two new songs which you can practice by downloading appropriate versions below.

Big Back Yard Show video now available

The Barton Hills Elementary playground was filled with music and applause on the evening of May 26 as the Barton Hills Choir performed their final school event for the 2009-2010 school year, called “The Big Back Yard Show.” Choir members from second through sixth grade filled risers spanning the basketball court and the opposite hillside was covered with attentive and appreciative families and friends enjoying free refreshments and a wonderful concert.
