2012 Zilker Tree Lighting video-Jingle Bell Rock

The Barton Hills Choir continued their tradition of performing at the annual lighting of the Zilker Holiday Tree on Sunday, December 2. Introduced by Mayor Lee Leffingwell, the choir performed three songs in the warm weather for a standing room only crowd and cheered mightily for their fellow students who won the Zilker Tree Art contest and got to throw the switch to illuminate the 155 foot tall tree with over 3,300 shining multicolored lights.

For the fourth year in a row the Barton Hills Choir performed holiday songs at the annual lighting of the Zilker Holiday Tree. A record crowd enjoyed unseasonably warm temperatures for the event.
