The Barton Hills Choir performed with Austin legends Charlie Sexton and Nakia on Friday at the All The Children Boogie: Tribute to David Bowie at the Scottish Rite Theatre, earning many new fans.

Among those impressed was Yahoo Music Editor Lyndsey Parker who named them as one of “The 5 Best Things We Saw at SXSW 2016 Friday.” Parker referred to the BHC members as “little wonders” and declared “These 5th- and 6th-graders were the real cool kids at SXSW.”
