The Barton Hills Choir is confirmed for December 18, 2009 for a 1 PM load-in in Studio 1A, with a 2 PM taped performance on KUT’s Eklektikos.
This show is scheduled for sixth grade members of the choir. More details coming soon.
KLRU TV will be at Barton Hills Elementary to tape the sixth grade choir members for a Christmas show they will be airing in December. They will be at the school on Friday, December 4 from 3 – 5 PM. More details coming soon!
Barton Hills Choir rehearses “I Got You” from their ACL set during summer, 2009
BHC Parent Jeff Clarkson created a DVD with video from multiple rehearsal sessions and the choir’s performance at the Austin City Limits Music Festival.These videos provide a unique insight into the choir’s beginnings during the summer of 2009 as they prepared for their first show which just happened to be at a world-famous music festival that’s held within walking distance of their music room at Barton Hills Elementary.
