The Barton Hills Choir is excited to be one of the select musical performers at the 2014 Austin City Limits Music Festival to be held October 3-5 and 10-12 at Zilker Park.
This will be the Choir’s fourth time to perform at ACL Fest, previously appearing in 2009, 2011, and on both weekends in 2013.

5th and 6th grade members of the Barton Hills Choir will be performing songs from Stuart Murdoch’s new movie God Help The Girl during SXSW at the Paramount Theatre on Saturday, March 15th, at 5pm. Stuart Murdoch, from Belle and Sebastian, wrote and directed the movie and there will be a viewing after the choir performance.
Fifth and sixth grade girls from the Barton Hills Choir will perform at One World Theatre on December 8 in two shows with renowned jazz pianist David Benoit. Join the girls as they help relive the classic music and images of A Charlie Brown Christmas with Grammy-nominated Benoit, whose credits include Here’s to you, Charlie Brown, 50 Great Years and the star-studded 40 Years: A Charlie Brown Christmas that reflect his lifelong passion for the music of original Peanuts composer Vince Guaraldi, and solidify Benoit’s role as his musical heir.
Shows begin at 6:30 and 8:00 PM, with tickets available now at One World Theatre.

Third, fourth, fifth, and sixth grade members of the Barton Hills Choir will perform for the fifth year in a row. The choir will sing holiday classics including Sleigh Ride, Jingle Bell Rock, and Winter Wonderland. Accompanying the choir are Director Gavin Tabone on keyboards, Jake Perlman on drums, Tom Treanor on percussion, Jason Nunnenkamp on bass, and Don Cento on guitar.
