For the third year in a row, sixth grade members of the Barton Hills Choir will perform with renowned jazz pianist David Benoit for two performances of his Tribute to Charlie Brown. Joining Benoit for the two shows at One World Theater on Friday, December 11 is acclaimed jazz vocalist Jane Monheit.
Join the Choir as they help relive the classic music and images of A Charlie Brown Christmas with Grammy-nominated Benoit, whose credits include Here’s to you, Charlie Brown, 50 Great Years and the star-studded 40 Years: A Charlie Brown Christmas that reflect his lifelong passion for the music of original Peanuts composer Vince Guaraldi, and solidify Benoit’s role as his musical heir.
Shows begin at 7:00 and 9:30 PM, with tickets available now at One World Theatre.

Third, fourth, fifth, and sixth grade members of the Barton Hills Choir will perform for the sixth year in a row. The choir will sing holiday classics including Sleigh Ride, Jingle Bell Rock, and Winter Wonderland. Accompanying the choir are Director Gavin Tabone on keyboards, Jake Perlman on drums, Tom Treanor on percussion, Jason Nunnenkamp on bass, and Don Cento on guitar.
The Barton Hills Choir is proud to share the stage with the Austin High Glee Club for a performance on Thursday, November 12 at the AHS Performing Arts Center. Door open at 6 PM, with the show starting at 6:30. Admission is free. See you there!
Sixth grade members of the Barton Hills Choir will join The Tenors for four songs during their upcoming performance on October 28th at ACL Live at the Moody Theater.
Since their formation in 2007, The Tenors have performed more than 500 concerts on five continents and made over 150 television appearances, including on The Oprah Winfrey Show (with Céline Dion), at the 2014 National Christmas Tree Lighting at the White House, at the 2014 Stanley Cup Finals, the 2012 Emmy Awards, Her Majesty The Queen’s 2012 Diamond Jubilee at Windsor Castle in England, and the 2010 Vancouver Olympic opening ceremonies. They have shared the stage with such artists as Andrea Bocelli, Sting, Elton John, Paul McCartney, Jennifer Hudson, Ellie Goulding, Justin Bieber, Earth, Wind & Fire and more.
