Second and third grade Barton Hills Elementary choir members performed their annual show at the school Thursday evening, March 26, 2015 before a sold out audience. Choir Director Gavin Tabone played keyboards and was accompanied by Jake Perlman on drums.

The Barton Hills Choir spent Friday morning in the world-reknowned recording KUTX studios hosted by Jeff McCord, recording six holiday tunes to be aired at 11:00 AM on December 20. Edward Phillips documented the event with the great pictures below. Sixth grade members of the Barton Hills Choir performed songs of the season at the annual Region 13 Holiday Party Luncheon on December 5. Accompanied by Choir Director Gavin Tabone on piano, the choir treated the audience to spirited versions of Sleigh Ride, It’s The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year, Winter Wonderland, Santa Claus Is Coming To Town, and Jingle Bell Rock. The appreciative staff at Region 13 tweeted a picture from the event.
